The Electronic Plans Room (EPR) is available only to the members of NOCA for $600 + HST per year. This fee is in addition to the regular yearly membership dues. Membership is for 1 year, beginning March 1st and ending on the last day of February. You will be invoiced automatically for renewal at the end of this term.
Since its conception in 1948 the Northeastern Ontario Construction Association (NOCA) has been a powerful advocate for the construction industry.
NOCA is an ICI association supporting contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, consulting firms, training and personnel providers.
The association promotes member interests and provides specialized services to help all members succeed in today's ever-changing construction industry.
NOCA is constantly working to improve liaisons with local, provincial and federal government which in turn helps to determine comprehensible construction laws for Northern Ontario contractors.
