Link2Build
Founded in 2018, the Link2Build group posts nearly 10,000 bidding opportunities every year for contractors throughout Ontario. They are quite simply the province’s largest and most important conduit for construction project information.
More than 4,000 contractor members use Link2Build’s extensive resources to view and bid on the latest in construction project opportunities. Construction purchasers and their representatives use our resources to ensure the projects they issue for tender are seen by a large and diverse group of construction contractors.
Every year, hundreds of public and private sector purchasers use the Link2Build network to advertise billions of dollars’ of bid opportunities throughout Ontario, and they do so with confidence that their projects are being seen by the right contractors in the right regions.
Link2Build.ca is a new construction-industry portal owned and operated by seven of Ontario’s local construction associations, including NOCA.
In addition to publishing daily news articles about what's happening in and around our industry, Link2Build will be a hub for plans and specifications posted across the province and will offer contractors and owners a new forum to publish mandatory legal notices, such as Certificates of Substantial Performance - at a price of less than half of what other publications charge.
All the fees charged for publishing CSPs on our site are returned directly to the Association.
