Processing registrations and payments:

We will not process any transactions without first confirming registrations with the attendee (regardless of choice). Confirmation will be by a follow-up phone call made directly to the registrant from NOCA staff. If you do not receive a call back within 24 hours, please contact the NOCA at 705-673-5619 or email info@nocabuild.com to inquire about the status of your registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Courses / Seminars / Professional Development

Participants are eligible for a full refund on courses paid in full if they choose to cancel their registration. A minimum of 7 days is required in advance of the course start date. Cancellations must be made in writing to info@nocabuild.com or faxed to 705-673-7910 no later than 7 days prior to the course start date. Purchases will NOT be eligible for a refund within 7 days of course start date. However, Participants may receive a non-refundable credit towards the purchase of a future course/seminar or workshop offered within the same year. Credits are solely dependent on the final vendor charges to NOCA. Participants are allowed to transfer to another person a course they have paid for but are unable to attend.

Tournaments and Social Events: 

Where space or seating is limited, registrants for tournaments and social events are on a first come, first served, first paid basis until the event is full. We will maintain a waiting list for those who did not register when the information was originally circulated and posted to the events calendar.
