Women in Trades Scholarship
NOCA’s Women in Construction Committee is proud to continue supporting women pursuing careers in the skilled trades through our annual scholarship program!
The scholarship criteria are as follows:
- Must be enrolled, planning to enroll, or have graduated within six months before or after October 31, 2025, in a trades program that primarily operates within the construction industry (proof of enrollment or certification required at time of award).
- Must be a resident of Northern Ontario.
Your trade must meet the following criteria: an occupation that require specialized knowledge, training, and practical skills to perform specific tasks, involving hands-on work, tools or the operation of heavy equipment, often performed in the construction industry.
This is a chance for students to receive up to $2,000 to support their studies and careers!
