Since its conception in 1948 the Northeastern Ontario Construction Association (NOCA) has been a powerful advocate for the construction industry.
NOCA is an association supporting contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, consulting firms, training and personnel providers.
The association promotes member interests and provides specialized services to help all members succeed in today's ever-changing construction industry.
NOCA is constantly working to improve liaisons with local, provincial and federal government which in turn helps to determine comprehensible construction laws for Northern Ontario contractors.
