Since its conception in 1948 the Northeastern Ontario Construction Association (NOCA) has been a powerful advocate for the construction industry.

NOCA is an association supporting contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, consulting firms, training and personnel providers.

The association promotes member interests and provides specialized services to help all members succeed in today's ever-changing construction industry.
NOCA is committed to strengthening relationships with municipal, provincial, and federal governments. Through these partnerships, we help advance fair and transparent procurement practices, promote clear and effective construction regulations, improve health and safety standards, drive industry investment, and support the development of a sustainable skilled workforce for the Northeastern Ontario construction industry.
